When: What time of year? Is it high, mid or low season in your "where"?
Why: Why is this group coming together? Education, networking, incentive or another business initiative?
How: How will your attendees meet? Do you need 20 breakout rooms and a huge GS, or a beachside resort with fabulous spa?
Who: Who is attending your program and what are their demographics ? Are they young and hip, sporty and fun or more traditional in their preferred style when gathering?
Count & Amount: How many will attend and what's your budget - even preliminary - to identify the right properties that will work.
